Domestic Shipments (US)
UPS domestic shipments within the United States typically take 1-10 business days to deliver. The most up-to-date information regarding the status of your domestic shipment can be found on the UPS tracking page. Details on shipping estimates for each UPS Domestic shipping method can be found below:
- UPS Innovations - Estimated delivery 10-15 Business Days (delivered via USPS)
- UPS Ground - Estimated delivery 3-5 Business Days
- UPS 2nd Day Air - Estimated delivery 2 Business Days
- UPS Next Day Air - Estimated delivery 1 Business Day
International Shipments
Printfection ships to most countries around the world. Shipping times, along with who is responsible for paying duties/taxes, depends on the shipping method used. Details on each UPS International shipping method can be found below:
UPS Economy Innovations - This method utilizes UPS to move the package out of the US and then hands that package off to the post office in the destination country for the final delivery. Generally, deliveries take up to 8-12 weeks. UPS Innovations only has tracking to about 30 countries. For other countries, tracking only works to the last city before the package leaves the US. Often the tracking for international shipments will seem "stuck" in a US city. This is the last place the package received a scan before leaving the US. Once the package is handed off to the local post office in your country, Printfection is not able to receive any additional tracking updates. You can inquire about the status of your shipment by contacting your local post office directly and using the "Alternate Tracking Number(s)" found on the UPS website when tracking your order. The recipient is responsible for paying taxes/duties with UPS Economy Innovations shipments.
UPS Priority Innovations - Estimated delivery time is 4-8 weeks. Tracking will be provided throughout the US and the destination country (if the country/local post office has the ability) until delivery. The recipient is responsible for paying taxes/duties with UPS Priority Innovations shipments.
UPS Worldwide Expedited - Estimated delivery 2-5 business days (typically by end of day). Printfection is responsible for paying taxes/duties with UPS Worldwide Expedited.
UPS Worldwide Saver - Estimated delivery 1-3 business days (typically by end of day). Printfection is responsible for paying taxes/duties with UPS Worldwide Saver.
UPS Worldwide Express - Estimated delivery 1-3 business days (typically by 10:30 a.m. or noon). Printfection is responsible for paying taxes/duties with UPS Worldwide Express.

Where is my swag? - The most up-to-date information regarding the status of your swag can be found on the UPS tracking page. For any questions, please reach out to support@printfection.com.
Can I change my shipping address? - To request a change of shipping address, please email support@printfection.com. Depending on where your swag order is in the production process we might not be able to accommodate the change of address request.
Tracking shows my swag has been delivered but I don't have it. - UPS can sometimes prematurely mark packages delivered. Please wait an additional 3 business days for your swag to be delivered. If you still don't receive it after this timeframe, please reach out to support@printfection.com.
Do I need to pay customs fees/duties/taxes to receive my swag? - Duties and taxes are due on all packages that are imported into a country. Printfection uses UPS to broker international shipments as they are the largest customs broker in the world and 97% of all packages brokered by them are cleared the same day they are submitted.
Printfection attempts to take care of all customs' logistics, costs and paperwork for no additional charge. Most of the time, the final receiver of a Printfection package won't have to pay any import fees; however, there are a few instances where duties and taxes may need to be paid by the recipient for the package to be released. One of those instances is when a package ships via UPS Economy Innovations or UPS Priority Innovations.
Can I exchange my swag for a different size? - Printfection is not able to offer an exchange for an alternative size of your swag. If you would like a different size, please reach out directly to the company you received your swag from for further assistance.
I received my swag but it's the wrong size, wrong item, or is damaged. - If your order arrives with a damaged item, the correct item but wrong size from what you ordered, or the completely wrong item we are happy to help make things right! Please email support@printfection.com.
