Printfection offers three types of subscription plans to best fit the unique swag management needs of our customers. This article provides details around the service levels as it relates to what is included in each plan.
Enterprise
Our Enterprise plan is the top-tier and most premium subscription type. As such it includes the most support and is highly customizable to meet your needs. We strive to ensure our Enterprise customers get not only white-glove management but also have a strategic partnership mindset when thinking about and working with Printfection.
Below is a summary of what is included in the Enterprise plan:
- Top Tier Support
- Responses to emails/support inquiries are completed within 1 business day
- Virtual mock-ups and pricing for existing catalog items will be sent within 1-2 business days for each unique item submitted.
- Custom item research (i.e. for items not yet part of our catalog) will be shared within 5-7 business days (pending complexity of the request).
- Merchandise brainstorming calls available ad-hoc as project needs are surfaced
- Customer-Sourced Items:
- CSO steps should be followed with accurate information provided
- 5 business days are needed on average to complete setups of items assuming all information is provided correctly.
- It can take up to 7 business days for items to be received into inventory once the shipment arrives in full to our fulfillment center. Please note we receive shipments in full once all boxes are accounted for.
- Please note: Depending on the scope of the project and amount of items being setup, more time may be required to complete this process
- Tailored onboarding session(s) for all admin level users
- Dedicated Customer Success Manager & Customer Merchandise Manager
- Assistance with campaign setup and maintenance
- i.e: creating Giveaway campaigns or staging Drop Ship orders
- Help with uploading CSV files in Collection campaigns as needed
- Ongoing project kickoff calls and project check-ins (ad-hoc as needed)
- Strategic merchandise consultation w/ custom decks of item recommendations
- Bi-weekly or Monthly Strategic recurring calls
- Review new released features, discuss upcoming projects/priorities and company swag strategy
- Quarterly Business Reviews
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction, review agreed-on KPIs, and discuss customer's strategic goals, Printfection strategic goals, and joint strategic goals.
- Invoicing/Reporting Support
- Access to catalog with thousands of items
- Unlimited blank samples a quarter (*exclusions do apply such as some retail brands and paper/packaging products)
- Access to the API
Standard
Our standard plan is a great solution for customers who are looking to leverage a team of swag experts to help drive their ideas and programs forward while also being able to self-manage many swag needs. This plan includes the perfect blend of tools and strategic guidance.
Below is the overview of what is included in the Standard plan:
- Standard Support

Our starter plan is designed to be a great introduction to swag management for our self-service driven customers. This plan provides all the tools and functionality to successfully manage a swag program at an affordable rate!
Below is a summary of what is included in the Starter plan:
- Basic account support
- Access via email to a team of swag experts
- Access to a catalog of thousands of items
- Creation of virtual mock-ups and pricing quotes within 2-3 business days
- Up to three blank samples a quarter (*exclusions do apply)
