To Cancel Your Account
Please submit a request to our Customer Success team letting us know you want to cancel your account. Our team will quickly respond to your request with next steps.
Please note that in order to cancel your Printfection account we will need ample time to complete the following before your next renewal date:
- Pick, pack, and ship all existing inventory out of our Fulfillment Center. Inventory levels for all items must be at 0. Shipping out (or donating/recycling) existing inventory can take as little as 24-48 hours or up to 10 business days depending on the volume of existing inventory.
- Complete any orders In Process. Any inventory order must have production completed before we are able to cancel the subscription.
- Pause any Running campaigns. All active Giveaway campaigns must be set from Running to Pause.
Once that is done, we are able to cancel your subscription. Please consult with your Customer Success Manager if there are any concerns on cancellation timing before next renewal.
