Follow Storage and shipping of disallowed goods

This article covers the types of products that Printfection cannot ship, store, or support through its service. However, if you have a request that seems like it should be something we offer, please submit it to your account manager.

Shipping non-promotional products to end-users

Printfection cannot send non-promotional products, or blank products, to end-users due to distribution rights. Our system is built to support products that we can source and print so adding in a 3rd party product may not have all the requirements or details that our system needs.

Storage & shipping of disallowed goods

At this time, Printfection cannot store disallowed goods in its fulfillment center. Certain products and product-types may have specific requirements (i.e temperature control, hazardous material handling, or licensing) and our warehouse is not set up to manage these goods. Additionally, our warehouse is not currently registered with the FDA so we legally cannot stock food items or other perishable goods.

Printfection cannot ship anything on UPS' list of prohibited items. UPS only makes exceptions on a contractual basis and for customers who ship high volumes of these items.
