If any international shipment going via UPS Mail Innovations is showing "stuck" in one of the following cities for more than a few days it means we don't have any additional tracking past the last scan within the UPS network. This is due to UPS's handoff to the destination country's postal authority.
- Atlanta, GA
- Dallas, TX
- Chicago, IL
- Columbus, OH
- Fontana, CA
- Hartford, CT
- Kansas City, MO
- Long Island, NY
- Minneapolis, MN
- Nashville, TN
- Orlando, FL
- Logan Township, NJ
- Phoenix, AZ
- Raleigh, NC
- Salt Lake City, UT
- San Leandro, CA
- Seattle, WA
One of these cities is the last place UPS scanned the package before it left the US. Some countries will have additional tracking (like Canada, the UK, etc) whereas some countries don't (like India, China, etc).
See our Country Shipping Details article for our complete country list as well as which countries have final destination delivery confirmation and country specific shipping warnings or notices.
The countries that do not have additional tracking will show the package as 'stuck' in the last place it left the USA. This has no impact on whether the package was actually delivered, still in transit, or returned.
