Depending on your usage of the Printfection platform you might want to move into a different plan level on your account. Doing this could give you access to more product inventory space, order drop-ins, cheaper event packing, and more.
Can I change plan levels in the app?
Unfortunately at this time we don't have an option that allows users to manually update their subscription plan. However, the process is quite simple, and we can have you up and running in no time.
Changing subscription plans
Once you're sure you want to change plans (or even if you just want to learn more about your options) all you need to do is contact your account manager at support@printfection.com. From there they can answer any questions you have and migrate your account over. Changes are instant and you can start using the new plan's features right away.
How am I billed for a new plan?
When upgrading your plan we will bill you a pro-rated rate for the remainder of your current billing cycle. We will also credit the current cycle with the remainder of your original plan cost. You will be able to start using new features in your account immediately upon your upgrade.
When downgrading, we charge you the new rate at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your features until the new plan becomes active.
