1. Generate API key for BambooHR:

  • Log in to your BambooHR account.
  • Navigate to 'API Keys' (usually found under 'Settings' or similar).
  • Create a new API key. This key will allow Printfection access to your BambooHR data.
  • Copy the generated API key and share it with Printfection

2. Provide BambooHR Subdomain:

  • Your BambooHR URL typically looks like https://yourcompany.bamboohr.com/.
  • Provide the subdomain part (in this case, yourcompany) to Printfection.

3. Identify Integration Use Cases:

Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to identify specific integration use cases, such as recognizing employee milestones, automating rewards, or facilitating new employee onboarding.

4. Data Mapping:

Define the data mapping between BambooHR and Printfection. This involves specifying how data fields from BambooHR, such as employee names, job titles, or service anniversary dates, will be mapped to corresponding fields in Printfection.
