How merchandise pricing works at Printfection

Printfection partners with hundreds of manufacturers and printers to produce your merchandise.

We are always working to get the best products at great prices so you can feel confident in all the swag you hand out!

Price factors

There are numerous factors that play into the cost of an item, but below are the main ones to know about:

  • Quantity ordered (for example, ordering 500 t-shirts will get you a better price/shirt than only ordering 50)
  • Decoration method (i.e. screen print, embroidery, engraving)
  • Number of ink colors
  • Tariffs
  • Manufacturing cost
  • Setup costs

Taxes

Keep in mind that we do have to charge tax for any orders shipping into Colorado, including to our CO-based fulfillment center.

Any drop-ship orders shipping directly to your office or an event will also incur a shipping cost which is shown during checkout.

Price changes

Pricing for your items may change over time as we update our pricing to reflect changes outside of our control, such as pricing updates by our vendors, tariffs, etc.

You can always see the current pricing of your merchandise in your account either by going to the merchandise tab or while placing your print order.

The pricing shown within our application is the entire cost of your merchandise. We’ll never add additional fees after you place your order.

Furthermore, any updated merchandise pricing will *never* affect the pricing of orders which have already been placed.

If you’re working to stay within a budget, we’re always happy to look for similar, less expensive alternatives to help you meet your goals.
