This article discusses the Printfection Stores feature: what it is, why you may use it, common features and how to create a store in your account. Please note this feature is only available to subscription customers.

What are Printfection Stores?

Printfection Stores are branded storefronts that let employees and customers easily ‘shop’ your swag through an e-commerce experience. With Printfection Stores, you get a powerful storefront experience that allows you to provide swag to customers, employees, prospects or anyone you want to distribute your swag to!

When would I use a Store?

Printfection Stores were ultimately designed to support any swag use case you have! With Stores, your brand becomes accessible to every audience you want to reach. Here are some common examples of ways you may use a Swag Store:

  • Employee Swag Store: Let employees choose what fits by shopping at a company swag store. Reward loyalty, boost morale, and build community while reducing waste and admin work.
  • Procurement Portal: Support multiple work locations or global teams with a centralized source of truth for uniforms and gear. Stay on-brand without constant oversight.
  • Public Storefront: Sell your branded merch through a polished, intuitive storefront. Perfect for companies with a loyal fanbase and a strong brand identity.
  • Holiday Gifting: send end-of-year or holiday gifts to your core audiences by letting them pick out swag on a polished storefront. Makes gift-giving easy and fun!

How to Create a Store: Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. From within your account click Campaigns and then Stores.
  2. Click the blue ‘Create Store’ button.
  3. Give your store a name, customize the URL and give it a short description. Click Continue.

  1. Add your products by clicking the check box on the item you want to add, when done adding items click Continue.

  1. You can now edit the item names and descriptions, along with choosing which category each item belongs in. Click Continue.
  2. You can now set prices for each item. Note the base price is the price you pay for the item at each quantity level. You will have the option to give out vouchers later so your audience will not have to pay for items if you do not wish them to do so.

  1. You can now customize the store’s look and feel. At any point you can preview your store.

  1. When done, click Continue to move to the final step.
  2. Now you may create vouchers for your shoppers. Please note you can select a dollar amount off or a percentage off. If you wish to cover the full cost of orders you will select a percentage off and enter 100. You also can opt-in to covering shipping for your shoppers.
  3. Click Finish!

How Profits Work 

Not every store or customer will want to sell their swag but if you choose to do so you may end up incurring profits! At this time if you do earn a profit you have two ways to redeem them. We can either 1) apply them to your account as an account balance or 2) apply them to your open invoices as a credit.

  • Account Balance: if you choose this option all profits will be added to the account as a balance which you can then use on future purchases. When placing an order, such as for inventory, you will have the option to apply your balance to the purchase. Please note that when using this feature we DO DEDUCT Giveaway Campaign charges from your balance automatically.
  • Open Invoice Credit: alternatively, you can have your profits applied to open invoices. We will credit your profits against any open invoices to reduce your balance due prior to sending you your open invoices each month. You must be on invoicing to use this feature.
  • NOTE: At this time we cannot pay your profits out via ACH, check or any other method. You must select one of the options above. We also cannot separate profits from stores. In other words, if you have a HR store earning profits and a Marketing Store earning profits, we cannot separate the account balance or credits by store. All profits will be applied at the account level and deducted at an account level.
